Amends Idaho Code Section 18-3302J to make violations of state firearms preemption a misdemeanor, including any person enforcing a federal law that contradicts state firearms preemption authority.

Amends Idaho Code Section 18-3315A to make violations related to federal regulation of Idaho-manufactured firearms a misdemeanor, including any person enforcing federal law that contradicts this section.

Declares that firearms, accessories, and ammunition manufactured commercially or privately in Idaho and remaining within state borders are not subject to federal regulation under interstate commerce authority.

Requires firearms manufactured or sold in Idaho under this section to have "Made in Idaho" clearly stamped on a central metallic part such as the receiver or frame.

Effective date of July 1, 2022, declared as an emergency measure.
