Repeals the previous minimum wage statute and establishes new minimum wage requirements of $10.00 per hour effective July 1, 2022, and $15.00 per hour effective July 1, 2024.

Beginning July 1, 2024, and annually thereafter, the minimum wage shall be adjusted based on the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U), with changes rounded to the nearest five cents and calculated by the Idaho Department of Labor.

Allows counties and municipal corporations in Idaho to establish and enforce minimum wage laws higher than the state minimum wage.

Requires that no employee, whether tipped or not, shall be paid less than the federal minimum wage.

Declares an emergency and makes the law effective July 1, 2022.
