Prohibits the state, political subdivisions, and officials from mandating the use of face masks, face shields, or other face coverings to prevent or slow the spread of contagious or infectious diseases.

Bans face coverings as a condition for entry, education, employment, or other services provided by the state or political subdivisions.

Requires that any recommendations for face coverings must be accompanied by notice that the recommendation is not mandatory.

Terminates any existing disaster emergency or public health order when the state or political subdivision violates the mask mandate prohibition.

Excludes hospitals and health care facilities from the definition of "state" and "political subdivision," allowing them to set their own mask policies.
