Authorizes the Idaho Hop Grower's Commission to promote beer made with Idaho-grown hops through hosting events, activities, and tastings for retailers, distributors, importers, and the public.

Allows the commission to solicit donations and purchase beer made with Idaho-grown hops for promotional purposes, and to donate such beer to activities, events, and charitable organizations.

Exempts the commission and property owners from obtaining licenses, permits, or registrations normally required under Idaho alcoholic beverage law when conducting these promotional activities.

Prohibits the commission from receiving payment for beer served or dispensed, though admission charges to events are permitted; only commission members, authorized volunteers, and employees may serve beer, and all recipients must be of legal drinking age.

Takes effect July 1, 2022, with an emergency declaration.
