• Extends the deadline for county treasurers to remit court technology fees and senior magistrate judges fund fees from five (5) days to fifteen (15) days after the end of the month.

• Applies the extended deadline across multiple fee categories including civil case filings, felonies, misdemeanors, infractions, initial appearances, venue changes, case reopenings, and appeals.

• Makes technical corrections to Idaho Code Sections 31-3201 and 31-3201A regarding district court fee procedures and distribution requirements.

• Becomes effective immediately upon enactment as an emergency measure on July 1, 2022.
