Removes "Central drug outlet" from the definition section and replaces it with a revised definition of "drug outlet" that encompasses resident or nonresident pharmacies subject to board registration under section 54-1729.

Modifies drug outlet classifications in section 54-1729 to replace "Community pharmacy" and "Institutional facility" with "Resident drug outlet" and "Nonresident drug outlet" respectively.

Adds three new optional drug outlet classifications: Central drug outlet, Mail service pharmacy, and Limited service outlet, allowing facilities to register in these categories.

Updates references in sections 54-1761 and 54-4702 to correct code citations relating to legend drug definitions.

Takes effect July 1, 2022, with an emergency declaration.
