Increases vessel registration fees from $20.00 to $21.50 for vessels 0-12 feet and over 12 feet in length, with the per-foot surcharge remaining at $2.00 for additional feet beyond 12 feet.

Raises additional invasive species prevention fees for motorized vessels from $30.00 to $31.50, nonmotorized vessels from $7.00 to $8.50, and increases vendor retention from $1.50 to $3.00 per sticker sold.

Increases snowmobile certificate fees from $45.50 to $47.00 for regular operators and rental stickers from $75.50 to $77.00; raises nonresident snowmobile user certificate fees from $59.50 to $61.00.

Increases off-highway vehicle (OHV) certificate fees from $12.00 to $15.00, with vendor retention increasing from $1.50 to $3.00; raises nonresident OHV user certificate fees from $12.00 to $20.00.

Raises winter recreational parking permit fees to not exceed $32.00 for annual permits and $12.00 for temporary permits, and increases vendor commissions from $1.00 to $3.00 per permit sold; effective July 1, 2022.
