Amends Idaho Code Section 33-1504 to allow school buses to travel up to 70 miles per hour on interstate highways, provided they do not exceed posted speed limits.

Maintains the existing definition of "school bus" as a motor vehicle with seating capacity of more than 10 persons that meets national and state minimum construction standards and is owned/operated by a school district, common carrier, or transportation contractor.

Declares an emergency and makes the law effective on July 1, 2022.
