Requires recreational motorized vessels not titled in Idaho to pay an additional annual fee of $25.00 before launching into state waters each calendar year.

Fee applies in addition to all other existing vessel fees and money collected under Idaho Code sections 67-7008 and Chapter 70, Title 67.

Collected fees shall be deposited into the park and recreation account and distributed according to Idaho Code section 67-7013(3).

Declared an emergency measure with an effective date of July 1, 2022.
