Amends Idaho Code Section 36-1401 to revise fish and game violations, reorganizing infraction categories and making technical corrections to statutory references and language.

Establishes a $250 fine for infractions involving hunting permits (muzzleloader, archery, sharp-tailed grouse) and various fishing/hunting violations, compared to the standard $72 infraction fine.

Clarifies that exceeding fish bag limits by one fish constitutes an infraction only for sturgeon and anadromous fish (chinook salmon, kamloops rainbow trout, lake trout, bull trout, and steelhead) where the bag limit is at least one fish.

Requires the director to update the House Resources and Conservation Committee and Senate Resources and Environment Committee during each legislative session regarding new fish and game rules and proclamations containing penalties.

Takes effect July 1, 2022, with an emergency declaration.
