Adds Section 72-452 to Idaho Code establishing that accidents or injuries caused by COVID-19 vaccination shall be compensable under workers' compensation if an employer requires the vaccination as a condition of employment or hiring.

Declares it the public policy of Idaho that individuals have the constitutional right to choose or decline health care services without penalty, while noting the legality of employer vaccine mandates remains unsettled.

Defines "COVID-19 vaccination" as vaccines licensed under the Public Health Service Act or authorized for emergency use under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Requires provisions of Idaho's workers' compensation law to be construed most favorably to employees claiming compensation for vaccination-related injuries received as a job requirement.

Specifies the law does not support or authorize vaccine mandates and takes effect immediately upon passage and approval.
