Amends Idaho Code Section 39-8303 to add an exception allowing employers who conduct DNA analysis for law enforcement purposes or human remains identification to request or require genetic information from employees or contractors.

Genetic information from employees or contractors may only be used for analysis of DNA identification markers for quality control purposes to detect sample contamination.

Makes technical corrections to existing language regarding orders compelling disclosure of private genetic information, changing "may only be entered only" to "only" and "which" to "that".

Declares an emergency and makes the amendments effective July 1, 2022.
