Requires each county to enact an ordinance exempting six categories of land divisions from subdivision requirements: lot line adjustments, estate settlements, divisions of 80+ acres into parcels of 20+ acres each, public trail/pathway dedications, public agency land divisions, and conveyances to adjacent property owners.

Prohibits counties from enacting ordinances or policies that subject exempt land divisions to any subdivision regulations, rules, or processes.

Allows counties to create additional exemptions beyond the six required categories, but the required exemptions cannot be limited or circumscribed by such additional exemptions.

Prevents emergency and interim ordinances and moratoriums from applying to the required land division exemptions specified in Section 67-6513.

Becomes effective July 1, 2022, declared an emergency measure.
