Adds Section 72-452 to Idaho Code making any accident or injury caused by a coronavirus vaccination compensable under worker's compensation if an employer required the vaccination as a condition of hiring or continued employment

Requires provisions of worker's compensation law to be construed in the light most favorable to employees claiming compensation for vaccination-related accidents or injuries

Defines "coronavirus vaccination" as vaccines licensed under the Public Health Service Act or authorized for emergency use under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act

Defines "coronavirus" to include SARS-CoV-2, COVID-19, and any future mutations or strains that rise to the level of an epidemic or pandemic qualifying for an emergency declaration under Idaho law

Includes a clause stating the section shall not be construed as support for or authorization of coronavirus vaccine mandates
