Increases the annual transfer to the Expendable Big Game Depredation Fund from $50,000 to $750,000 from license endorsement revenues, effective July 1, 2022.

Modifies payment caps for approved depredation claims to limit total annual payments to any person to 10% of the original fund appropriation, with a specific cap of $125,000 per person per fiscal year.

Establishes that claimants under sections 36-1109 (livestock damage) may only deduct a single $750 deductible per fiscal year if damage occurs in multiple incidents, rather than per occurrence.

Maintains existing claim payment procedures requiring the Fish and Game director to determine immediate payment eligibility and to pay claims proportionately if fund balance is insufficient.

Declares an emergency effective date of July 1, 2022 for all amendments.
