Appropriates $2,817,400 from the General Fund to Idaho Public Television for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023), divided into personnel costs of $1,712,500, operating expenditures of $763,000, and capital outlay of $341,900.

Authorizes Idaho Public Television a maximum of 14.00 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year 2023 period, unless additional positions are specifically authorized by the Governor.

Grants continuous appropriation authority to Idaho Public Television's Miscellaneous Revenue Fund for fiscal year 2023 to fund content production and related services from private donation revenue sources.

Declares an emergency and makes the act effective on July 1, 2022.
