Appropriates $678,300 to the Public Charter School Commission for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023), consisting of $134,800 from the General Fund and $394,600 from the Public Charter School Authorizers Fund for personnel costs, plus $47,600 and $101,300 respectively for operating expenditures

Authorizes the Public Charter School Commission a maximum of 5.00 full-time equivalent positions during fiscal year 2023, with any increased positions requiring specific authorization by the Governor and notification to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee

Reappropriates any unexpended and unencumbered balances from the Public Charter School Commission's fiscal year 2022 appropriations from the Public Charter School Authorizers Fund for nonrecurring expenditures in fiscal year 2023

Declares an emergency and makes the act effective on July 1, 2022
