• Appropriates $69,355,500 to the Division of Financial Management for fiscal year 2023 from multiple funds including General Fund ($2,081,400), American Rescue Plan Fund ($13,135,600), ARPA Homeowner Assistance Fund ($14,387,100), and ARPA Emergency Rental Assistance Fund ($38,000,000).
