Appropriates $6,111,600 to the STEM Action Center for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023) from General Fund ($3,173,200), STEM Education Fund ($2,929,900), and American Rescue Plan Fund ($8,500)

Allocates funds across personnel costs ($635,000), operating expenditures ($5,468,100), and capital outlay ($8,500)

Authorizes no more than 6.00 full-time equivalent positions for the STEM Action Center during the fiscal year, unless additional positions are specifically authorized by the Governor

Requires the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee to be notified promptly if the Governor authorizes any positions beyond the 6.00 limit

Declares an emergency and makes the appropriation effective July 1, 2022
