Approves fee, non-fee, and proclamation rules from the Department of Juvenile Corrections, Board of Correction, Idaho State Police, Commission of Pardons and Parole, Sexual Offender Management Board, and Idaho State Public Defense Commission that were reviewed during the 2022 legislative session.

Non-fee rules assigned but not reviewed by House Judiciary, Rules, and Administration Committee and Senate Judiciary and Rules Committee shall take effect upon conclusion of the legislative session per Idaho Code Section 67-5224.

All approved rules continue in full force and effect until July 1, 2023, at which time they expire unless further extended by concurrent resolution adoption.

Approved rules remain in effect until expiring by their own terms, but cannot extend beyond July 1, 2023, or the conclusion of the First Regular Session of the Sixty-seventh Idaho Legislature without further legislative extension.

Rules or sections excepted from approval expire upon adjournment of the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-sixth Idaho Legislature unless approved by separate concurrent resolution.
