Approves fee and non-fee rules adopted by the Division of Human Resources and Personnel Commission, Industrial Commission, Department of Commerce, PERSI, Division of Veterans Services, and Department of Labor that were reviewed by the House Commerce and Human Resources Committee during the 2022 legislative session.

Specifically approves IDAPA 09.01.30, Unemployment Insurance Benefits Administration Rules, Section 525, Subsection 10 (Docket Number 09-0000-2100), which was previously rejected by the Senate Commerce and Human Resources Committee.

Non-fee rules assigned to but not reviewed by the House Commerce and Human Resources Committee shall take effect upon conclusion of the legislative session or as otherwise provided in rule.

Legislature exercises its authority under Section 67-5291 and Section 29, Article III of the Idaho Constitution to approve executive agency rules and reject those inconsistent with legislative intent.
