Raises Idaho's minimum wage from $7.25 per hour to $15.00 per hour effective July 1, 2022.

Removes the requirement that the state minimum wage conform to and track with the federal minimum wage.

Establishes annual cost-of-living adjustments to the minimum wage beginning January 1, 2024, calculated using the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) and rounded to the nearest five cents.

Requires the Idaho Department of Labor to calculate and publish the adjusted minimum wage by October 15 of each year.

Maintains existing provisions for tipped employees, young workers, and allows counties and municipal corporations to establish higher minimum wages than the state minimum.
