Increases board member compensation for water and sewer districts from $150 to $150.50 per meeting, payable monthly.

Requires board members to take oath and file bonds before organizational duties, and allows secretary and treasurer positions to be combined into one person or filled by non-board members.

Maintains prohibition on board members receiving additional compensation as employees and bars them from having financial interests in district contracts except in official capacity.

Requires annual audits of district financial affairs for fiscal years ending November 30th as specified in Idaho Code section 67-450B.

Becomes effective July 1, 2022, with emergency declaration.
