Creates the Down Syndrome Diagnosis Information Act as Chapter 97 of Title 39, Idaho Code, requiring health care practitioners to provide an information support sheet to parents upon prenatal or postnatal Down syndrome diagnosis or high-likelihood test results.

Mandates the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare create an evidence-based support sheet reviewed by medical experts and the Idaho Down syndrome council that includes clinical description, treatment options, life expectancy, and contact information for nonprofit Down syndrome organizations.

Requires the department to post the support sheet on its website in print-friendly format and ensure the information is culturally and linguistically appropriate for caregivers.

Allows Down syndrome organizations to request inclusion of their informational materials and contact information on the department's website.

Requires the department to meet annually with the Idaho Down syndrome council to keep the support sheet information current, effective July 1, 2022.
