Amends Section 43-201 of Idaho Code regarding irrigation district director elections, nominations, and qualifications.

Revises nominee oath requirements to include: identifying land owned within the district, providing the nominee's residence address, certifying residency and qualification requirements are met, and certifying requirements will be met on election day.

Requires the district secretary to verify nominee qualifications within 7 days after the filing deadline closes and disqualify any nominee who no longer meets requirements before the election.

Makes technical corrections to nomination petition filing language, changing "nor or more" to "or more" in the filing deadline provision.

Declares an emergency and makes the act effective July 1, 2022.
