Amends Idaho Code Section 18-1506 to change "sexual abuse of a child under the age of sixteen years" to "sexual abuse of a child under the age of sixteen years" by removing provisions related to photographic or electronic recordings of minors.

Amends Idaho Code Section 18-1508A to remove the provision regarding making photographic or electronic recordings of minors sixteen or seventeen years of age from the sexual battery statute.

Retains all other provisions related to solicitation, sexual contact, and lewd conduct for both statutes with maximum sentences of up to 25 years imprisonment.

Declares an emergency and makes the act effective July 1, 2022.
