Repeals Chapter 63, Title 33, Idaho Code and establishes a new Extended Employment Services Program under Chapter 17, Title 56, Idaho Code, administered by the Department of Health and Welfare.

Creates three service categories: individual community-based supported employment, group community-based supported employment (limited to 8 participants), and work services for participants with disabilities age 16 or older who are Idaho residents.

Requires program participants to have an approved individual program plan and receive annual case reviews; participants may switch providers and employment types subject to department approval.

Mandates service providers be accredited by approved national or regional bodies, maintain first aid and CPR certification, complete 40+ hours of annual employment supports training, and pass annual criminal background checks.

Effective July 1, 2022, with emergency declaration; program services are separate from and follow vocational rehabilitation services provided by the Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
