Amends Idaho Code Section 23-908 regarding alcoholic beverage license requirements and renewal procedures.

Exempts licenses issued to cities, counties, urban renewal districts, or other municipal corporations issued on or after January 1, 2022, from the six-month minimum use requirement for one year following issuance.

Establishes that licenses issued to theaters or movie theaters built prior to January 1, 1950, and listed on the national register of historic places, must be placed into actual use not less than two times per year instead of the standard six consecutive months.

Makes technical corrections to Idaho Code language, including correcting spelling errors ("indorsed" to "endorsed," "pendancy" to "pendency," "good will" to "goodwill") and clarifying pronoun usage throughout the statute.

Declares the act an emergency measure effective upon passage and approval.
