Appropriates $29,370,900 to the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023), divided among Extended Employment Services, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Council for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing programs.

Extended Employment Services receives $3,616,900 from the General Fund for personnel costs, operating expenditures, and trustee and benefit payments.

Vocational Rehabilitation receives $25,243,600 total from General Fund, Rehabilitation Revenue and Refunds Fund, Miscellaneous Revenue Fund, and Federal Grant Fund.

Council for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing receives $510,400 from the General Fund and Miscellaneous Revenue Fund.

Limits the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to no more than 151.00 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year unless specifically authorized by the Governor, with the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee to be notified of any increases.
