Appropriates $900,000 from the Idaho Millennium Income Fund to the State Treasurer for distribution to Recovery Idaho to support nine recovery community centers for operational purposes during fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023).

Appropriates $500,000 from the Idaho Millennium Income Fund to Public Health Districts for equal distribution to purchase educational materials and equipment during fiscal year 2023.

Appropriates $310,000 from the Idaho Millennium Income Fund to Idaho Public Television for production of smoking and vaping prevention and cessation content during fiscal year 2023.

Total appropriations from the Idaho Millennium Income Fund equal $1,710,000 for fiscal year 2023.

Declares an emergency and makes the act effective on July 1, 2022.
