• Appropriates $34,569,100 to the Workforce Development Council for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023) from General Fund, Workforce Development Training Fund, ARPA State Fiscal Recovery Fund, and Federal Grant Fund.

• Limits the Workforce Development Council to a maximum of 9.00 full-time equivalent positions during fiscal year 2023, unless specifically authorized by the Governor.
