Adds human trafficking as a disqualifying offense for commercial driver's licenses, defined as using a commercial motor vehicle in the commission of a felony involving trafficking in persons as described in 22 U.S.C. 7102 and Idaho Code section 18-8602(1)(a).

Imposes disqualification for the period of time specified in 49 CFR 383 (federal regulations) for persons convicted of human trafficking offenses involving commercial motor vehicles.

Corrects subsection numbering throughout Section 49-335 to renumber provisions from (6) through (13) as (6) through (14) due to the addition of the human trafficking provision.

Corrects grammar and syntax in several subsections, including replacing "nor" with "or" in penalty provisions related to out-of-service violations.

Effective date is July 1, 2023, with the act declared to be an emergency measure.
