Creates the Idaho Allied Health Professionals Board consisting of 9 members appointed by the governor: 2 physical therapists, 1 dietitian, 2 occupational therapists, 1 athletic trainer, 2 respiratory therapists, and 1 public member, with 5-year terms and maximum of 2 consecutive terms.

Consolidates licensing and regulatory authority for physical therapy, dietetics, occupational therapy, athletic training, and respiratory care under the new board, replacing separate licensure boards for each profession.

Repeals sections establishing separate physical therapy, dietetic, occupational therapy, and athletic trainer licensure boards while maintaining licensure requirements and disciplinary standards for each profession.

Modifies references throughout Title 54 Idaho Code to redirect board authority from the Board of Medicine and individual professional boards to the Idaho Allied Health Professionals Board.

Effective date: January 1, 2024; all fees received continue to be deposited in the occupational licenses fund with funds continuously appropriated to support board operations.
