Amends Section 74-101, Idaho Code to clarify definitions in the public records law.

Defines "unwarranted invasion of personal privacy" to include disclosure of information used to identify, locate, or harass juveniles, victims of mass violence, domestic violence, or physical/sexual abuse.

Allows disclosure of deceased persons' names, ages, sex, and hometowns after next-of-kin notification unless otherwise exempt under public records law.

Makes technical corrections including changing "which that" to "which" in the "law enforcement agency" definition and renumbering "Writing" from definition (16) to (17).

Effective date: July 1, 2023, with emergency declaration.
