Amends Idaho Code Section 45-1506C to revise the supplemental notice and loan modification procedures for residential property foreclosures, including updated website references and technical corrections.

Changes the notice requirement in Section 45-1602 from referencing "www.hud.gov" to directing borrowers to "http://www.hud.gov/foreclosure/index.cfm" and updates the Idaho Attorney General website reference from "http://www2.state.id.us/ag/" to the current format.

Requires notice materials to specify "at least 12-point boldface type" instead of "twelve (12) at least 12-point boldface type" and clarifies that notices must be on separate sheets of paper no smaller than 8½ by 11 inches.

Maintains existing protections for borrowers, including the 30-day deadline to submit loan modification requests, the 45-day review period for beneficiary response, and meeting requirements between borrowers and lenders.

Takes effect July 1, 2023, with an emergency declaration allowing immediate implementation.
