Prohibits manufacturers from unreasonably denying dealer requests for modification of uniform time allowances for specific warranty repairs or requests for additional time allowances for diagnostic or repair work, provided the dealer submits any information and documentation reasonably required by the manufacturer to assess the request.

Requires manufacturers or distributors to approve or disapprove warranty claims within 30 days of receipt, with any claim not specifically disapproved in writing within that timeframe automatically construed as approved.

Allows dealers to resubmit corrected claims within 30 days of denial notification if the claim was denied only for administrative or clerical errors that do not question the claim's legitimacy.

Limits manufacturer audits of dealer warranty claims to one year following payment, except for fraud investigations which may extend beyond that period.

Establishes effective date of July 1, 2023, and declares an emergency exists for implementation of these protections.
