Repeals Section 34-1114 of Idaho Code, which previously allowed voters to provide a personal identification affidavit in lieu of showing photo identification at the polls.

Removes references to the affidavit provision from Section 34-409 (electronic voter registration), Section 34-1012 (early voting procedures), and Section 34-1106 (poll book signing requirements).

Requires voters to present valid photo identification as provided in Section 34-1113 only, eliminating the affidavit alternative at early voting stations and regular polling places.

Removes the affidavit option from electronic voter registration application notices, which previously informed applicants of the requirement to provide personal identification before voting.

Takes effect January 1, 2024.
