Increases the Advanced Opportunities program funding from $4,125 to $4,625 per eligible student in grades 7-12 for overload courses, dual credits, postsecondary examinations, and career technical education.

Reduces the postsecondary credit threshold from 15 credits to 9 credits before students must identify postsecondary goals to earn additional credits through the program.

Maintains existing per-course funding limits including $225 for overload courses, $75 per dual credit hour, $500 per CTE workforce training course (with $1,000 annual cap), and $50 per credit hour for out-of-district county tuition reimbursement.

Preserves existing program eligibility requirements for overload courses, dual credits, examinations (AP, IB, CLEP), CTE workforce training, and college entrance exams (SAT, PSAT, ACT).

Effective date is July 1, 2023, declared an emergency measure by the legislature.
