Requires educational institutions under the state board of education or university of Idaho board of regents to display a durable poster or framed copy of "In God We Trust" in a conspicuous place if donated to the institution

Poster or framed copy must include a representation of the United States flag or Idaho state flag (or both) with background, lettering, and framing in only black, white, gold, or silver

Poster cannot contain any lettering, verbiage, images, logos, or likenesses other than those permitted by the statute, and cannot include markings identifying the donor

Allows institutions to purchase posters from private donations that meet the flag and color requirements specified in the statute

Effective date is July 1, 2023, with emergency declaration
