Extends the deadline for transferring unexpended funds from the Public School Health Insurance Participation Fund from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025.

Fund provides actuarially established onetime amounts up to $4,500 per support unit for public schools to buy into the state's medical and dental group insurance plan.

Unexpended moneys after June 30, 2025 shall be transferred to the public education stabilization fund, or to the general fund if the stabilization fund is fully funded.

Fund administered on a first-come, first-served basis if demand exceeds available funds.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2023, with an emergency declaration.
