Appropriates $450,100 from the General Fund to the Pest Control Deficiency Warrant Fund to reimburse costs incurred by the Plant Industries Program in the Department of Agriculture for the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.

Appropriates $8,100 from the General Fund to the Hazardous Substance Emergency Response Fund to reimburse costs incurred by the Office of Emergency Management Program in the Military Division for the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.

Appropriates $14,000 from the General Fund to the Waste Tire Disposal Deficiency Warrant Fund to reimburse costs incurred by the Waste Management and Remediation Program in the Department of Environmental Quality for the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.

Declares an emergency, making the act effective upon passage and approval.
