Appropriates $712,600 to the State Independent Living Council for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024) from three funding sources: General Fund ($259,900), State Independent Living Council Dedicated Fund ($393,600), and Federal Grant Fund ($59,100)

Breaks down appropriations into three expense categories: Personnel Costs ($472,200), Operating Expenditures ($215,300), and Trustee and Benefit Payments ($25,100)

Authorizes the State Independent Living Council to employ no more than 4.00 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year, unless additional positions are specifically authorized by the Governor
