Requires schools to make all classroom sex education instruction available to review by parents or legal guardians.

Allows parents or legal guardians to bring civil actions for injunctive relief against school employees or private entities for violations, with courts authorized to award attorney's fees, expert witness fees, and litigation costs to prevailing plaintiffs.

Effective July 1, 2023.
