Appropriates $14,711,600 to the Office of the Secretary of State for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024) from the General Fund, including $3,348,400 for personnel costs, $11,343,200 for operating expenditures, and $20,000 for capital outlay.

Appropriates $53,000 to the Commission on Uniform State Laws from the General Fund for fiscal year 2024.

Authorizes no more than 35.50 full-time equivalent positions for the Office of the Secretary of State during fiscal year 2024, unless specifically authorized by the Governor.

Appropriates an additional $81,400 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023) to fund three new staff positions, and increases FTP authorization by 2.00 positions for that period.

Authorizes reappropriation of any unexpended and unencumbered balances appropriated for election integrity audits in fiscal year 2023 to fiscal year 2024.
