• Appropriates $728,900 to the Idaho Public Charter School Commission for fiscal year 2024, consisting of $190,100 from the General Fund and $538,800 from the Public Charter School Authorizers Fund.

• Personnel costs of $556,600 and operating expenditures of $172,300 are authorized for the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.

• Limits the Idaho Public Charter School Commission to no more than 5.00 full-time equivalent positions during fiscal year 2024, unless specifically authorized by the Governor with prompt notification to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee.
