Requires local law enforcement agencies to submit annual forfeiture information to both the county prosecutor and the state controller on a form promulgated by the Idaho State Police, effective July 1, 2023.

Mandates agencies retain 12 specific data points including agency name, seizure date, property description, criminal charges, case outcome, forfeiture case number, disposition method, and property value for each seized or forfeited asset.

Requires the county prosecutor and state controller to retain submitted forfeiture forms for seven (7) years.

Establishes the reporting deadline as on or before March 31 each year, covering the previous calendar year's seizures and forfeitures.
