Prohibits the manufacture, sale, delivery, holding, or offering for sale of food containing a vaccine or vaccine material unless the food labeling contains conspicuous notification of the vaccine or vaccine material presence.

Defines "vaccine or vaccine material" as a substance used to stimulate antibody production and provide immunity against disease that is authorized or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration.

Applies the prohibition to food products marketed within Idaho and establishes labeling requirements as the exception allowing such products to be sold legally.

Becomes effective July 1, 2023, under an emergency declaration.
