Extends the deadline for transmitting court fees from five (5) days to fifteen (15) days after the end of each month across multiple Idaho Code sections governing civil actions, appeals, magistrate claims, and criminal offenses.

Applies to fees collected by district court clerks, magistrate courts, and the supreme court including filing fees, surcharge fees, victim notification fees, and domestic violence court fees.

Removes obsolete language referencing section 1-2004A, Idaho Code, and makes technical corrections to numbering and formatting throughout affected statutes.

Becomes effective July 1, 2023, and is declared an emergency measure.
