• Amends Idaho Code Section 23-903 to clarify that a building located on a lake of at least 160 acres with 200 feet of lake frontage, owned and operated by a licensed golf course and situated within 0.5 miles of the golf course, is deemed part of the licensed golf course premises for liquor sales purposes.

• Allows such lakefront buildings to serve liquor by the drink if they are accessible to the golf course by private or public roadway or right-of-way.

• Makes technical corrections to Section 23-903, including changing "and which" to "that" in reference to license duration and renewal provisions.
