Appropriates $21,202,100 to the Commission on Aging for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024) from General Fund, American Rescue Plan Fund, Federal COVID-19 Relief Fund, and Federal Grant Fund.

Authorizes no more than 14.00 full-time equivalent positions for the Commission on Aging during fiscal year 2024, with Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee notification required for any increases authorized by the Governor.

Appropriates $345,100 from Federal COVID-19 Relief Fund for operating expenditures related to adult protective services for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023).

Appropriates $750,000 from Federal Grant Fund for trustee and benefit payments related to adult protective services for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023).

Requires all funds to be subject to accountability reports and management reviews per Idaho Code Section 67-702, with Sections 4 and 5 effective upon passage and approval, and Sections 1-3 effective July 1, 2023.
